The necessity of a shift in paradigm
For far too many years, the move out, refurbishment and transfer of rental apartments have been characterized by uncertainty and lack of transparency, with a large number of inexpediencies and conflict escalation as a result. Craftsmen not knowing what needs to be done, until the very last minute, tenants that feel at the mercy and with no influence on refurbishment costs and the landlord that is uncertain whether the lease will be renovated in time and at the same time, have to handle a heavy administrative process.
Not fair to either party and certainly not necessary! A paradigm shift has long been necessary. A completely new, far more efficient and more flexible handling of the process, and that is the direct reason why heimhub exists today.
An idea is born
After being directly part of the industry, for many years, and experiencing frustrations on both the landlord, craftsman and tenant side, a budding thought began to take shape, on a quiet summer day. What if you could rethink the whole process? What if you could make sure that the built-in inexpediencies and potentially conflict-escalating points were reversed so that both tenants, craftsmen and landlords would experience a trust-inspiring collaboration and a highly efficient process instead?
The entire old process was mapped and analyzed from beginning to end, all points were rethought with the requirement that everyone should experience clear benefits, greater transparency, higher efficiency and a sense of security in the process.

What is heimhub?
heimhub is an innovative company based on experience and new technology. Behind heimhub are strong forces, which today construct more than 100,000 m2 of new buildings a year and in addition a large number of renovation tasks, including move-out apartments. In addition, there are experienced forces in digitalization, IT development, concept efficiency, standardization and scaling, who over many years have built large systems and concepts that you are likely to encounter in your everyday life. So even though heimhub is a new and innovative company, there are still many years of experience behind it.
